The Filippo Civinnini Museum of Human Anatomy was founded in 1832 and exhibits more than 3000 medical objects, including the Anatomical Tables by Paolo Mascagni. Of great interest are the archaeological collections, such as the Egyptian mummies from early nineteenth-century expeditions, anatomical models and preparations that were used by professors during lessons.
